Not Worth It – Too Stiff!

I found this foam roller too stiff and painful to use. It doesn’t have enough cushioning, making it uncomfortable for beginners.

It’s a good foam roller, but after a few weeks of use, I noticed slight wear and tear. If you need something durable, look for a higher-end model
