Great for Pregnancy Exercises

This gym ball is very useful for prenatal exercises. It’s stable, doesn’t deflate quickly, and provides good support. Highly recommended for moms-to-be!

Size is Slightly Small

The ball is strong, but I feel the size is a bit small compared to what I expected. Still works well for core exercises.

Gets Dirty Easily

The ball works well, but the surface attracts dust quickly. I have to clean it often. Otherwise, it’s good for workouts.

Holds Air Well!

I’ve used other gym balls that deflate quickly, but this one holds air very well. Been using it for weeks, and no air leaks so far!
