  • POSTURE REFERENCE: We all need a little assurance when performing a new yoga or workout pose. That's why we use a Reference Map - which includes a Centre point, a Straight Line running through the middle of the mat, and 45 degrees references to suit any height or workout style.

Soft and Comfortable for Long Sessions

I use this mat for long yoga sessions, and it remains comfortable throughout. It doesn’t cause any strain on my joints.

Slips on Smooth Floors

The mat is comfortable, but it tends to slip on smooth tiles. If you have wooden or carpeted floors, it should work fine.
